Jelly Roll Rug Class: 2 Part Class

Turn a jelly roll into a stunning, one-of-a-kind rug in this fun two-part class at Clothesline Creations!

Part 1 (Saturday, Nov. 8 at 2:00 pm): Learn how to use the Clover Fabric Tube Maker to fold and stitch your fabric strips around batting, creating the sturdy ropes that form the foundation of your rug.
Part 2 (Saturday, Nov. 22 at 2:00 pm): Bring back your completed ropes and we’ll guide you step-by-step through coiling, shaping, and stitching them into a flat, even rug. You’ll leave with a finished Jelly Roll Rug ready to show off at home!

Supplies Required:

Sewing machine with walking foot and zigzag stitch
Jelly-Roll Rug Pattern RJD100
Jeans needle
Clover Fabric Tube Maker (available at Clothesline Creations)
Jelly roll of your choice
50 feet of precut 2.5" batting strips (either a packaged roll or prepared before class and neatly rolled)
